Referral to Gay-Friendly Services

GALYIC works with other agencies in Calderdale both to encourage them to become more gay-friendly, but also to be able to refer our members to. For example, if any of our members need counselling we refer them to the Sexual Health Counsellor; for help with housing/homelessness we work closely with the Supported Lodgings Scheme; for access to free condoms members contact the Information Shop for Young People; to talk about training needs or further education we have an excellent relationship with Calderdale and Kirklees Careers.
